    Gloves are essential in kickboxing, no matter if you’re a beginner or a seasoned kickboxer. That’s why Red Zone Kickboxing provides every member with a pair of FREE boxing gloves when you enroll in our kickboxing classes.
    If you choose to use your own gloves, be sure you use actual boxing gloves for the most protection, and not just bag gloves. You’ll be hitting bags and sparring throughout each class, and boxing gloves will provide the best protection.
  2. Heart Rate Monitors
    It is important to monitor your heart rate and maintain safe HR levels throughout any cardio exercise, especially during kickboxing training. Red Zone Kickboxing provides group heart rate monitoring to our members, which allows the trainers to customize and personalize each class. Our HR monitoring system measures how many calories you’ve burned to maximize results and emails your progress immediately after each class.
  3. Ankle Support Wraps
    Kickboxing requires a lot of movement and coordination—especially lateral movement. You’re prone to more ankle injuries in kickboxing classes if you land on them the wrong way. Avoid potential ankle injuries and purchase ankle support wraps that you can wear to each class! If you have weak ankles that support wraps won’t provide enough support for, try using an athletic wrap in addition to the support wrap.
  4. Hand Wraps
    Just like ankle wraps, but for your wrists. Expect a lot of bag punching and sparring during our kickboxing classes. You’ll thank yourself for keeping your wrists supported and protected while you perfect your punch.
  5. Training Shoes
    Just like any other sport, you’ll need appropriate footwear during the kickboxing classes at Red Zone. We suggest wearing all-purpose training footwear that provides a stable, supportive fit as well as adequate traction.
  6. Microfiber Towel
    Expect to sweat, a lot. Pack a soft and super absorbent microfiber towel to wipe away excess perspiration without irritating your skin.
  7. Water Bottle
